Our Fermentation Tanks
Our fermentation area is designed to be temperature-controlled 24/7.
We take advantage of the heat coming out from our mechanical dryers and redirect that heat to the fermentation tanks area where it helps us keep the area in the perfect temperature. This becomes even more important during the cold weather, especially at night, in November, December, and January.
We have 2 styles of fermentation:
Wet fermentation
Dry fermentation
