To create a healthy compost we use:

Once we have all the elements for the compost we have to pasteurize the mass. To achieve this we add water and cover the compost, we then wait until the temperature has reached between 55-60 C, then we open the compost and wait until the mass has reached room temperature. We repeat the process 5 to 7 times until we've killed all the bad microorganisms and have left the good ones alive, to make sure of this we do microscopic analysis for each batch.
We have 3 different ways to use and apply our compost:

Solid application directly to the soil around the plant trunk.

Liquid application applied to the the leafs of the coffee plant.
