Our Farms of Antigua consist of lots selected from all the producers we work with in the Antiguan region. The producers can generally be divided between the historic estates that exist inside the ancient town of Antigua and the producers that exist on the outskirts of the town along the slopes of Volcan de Agua.

The producers outside the city are small land holder producers and communities. Los Volcanes Coffee’s strategy is to add value to all of these producer's lots through the scale of our mill and extremely high processing and evaluation standards. In our lab the wealthiest estates are often positioned equally next to the smallest style producers in Guatemala. The combination of these many different types of producers creates a true expression of the terroir of the region.
